1、 摘 要本设计包括三个部分:新井设计,专题部分和英文翻译。专题部分重点研究了矿采空区充填方法的选择及可行性分析。文章根据煤矿采空区当前的现实情况为出发点,提出了采空区充填的现实依据。但由于采空区的治理在国际上也属于难题,采空区的治理效果还不是很理想,采空区的有效治理仍任重而道远。采用全部充填工艺时一般不会形成采空区,因此推广应用该工艺,可以有效减轻采空区的治理压力。文章从点柱式膏体充填技术,覆岩离层注浆技术及采空区全部充填等不同角度对煤矿采空区的充填进行了研究。 一般不分是赵屋煤矿0.9Mt新井设计。赵屋煤矿位于山西省长治市壶关县境内,面积约17.226Km2,该矿距离长治市约37Km,长陵公
2、路从井田中部由西向东穿过,距离太焦线长治站22km,交通较为便利。井田 内地形属于中低山区,主要山梁走向为北东-南西。井田总体地势为东高西低。但地面最高点位于井田西南角,海拔标高为1392.30m,最低点位于井田西北部的沟谷中,海拔标高为1103.00m,最大高差为289.30m。整体看来,本矿煤层地质条件简单,适合采用综合机械化采煤。设计本矿井采用走向长壁一次采全高方式开采。主采煤层为15号煤层,煤层倾角350,煤层厚度为2.7m。井田设计可采储量为2794.9万吨,设计服务年限为23.9年。矿井正常涌水量为90m3/h,最大涌水量为150m3/h,矿井绝对瓦斯涌出量为1.86m3/min,
3、煤尘无爆炸危险性。矿井采用双斜井加回风立井单水平开拓,一矿一面,采用中央并列式通风方式通风。矿井实行四六制的工作制度。 翻译部分的主要内容为使用数值模拟的设计方法,通过程序的最优化设计得出深层煤层采区巷道留设小煤柱的技术,与锚杆支护技术的结合。关键词:近水平 ;单水平 ;采空区 ;充填 ;小煤柱ABSTRACTThis design can be divided into three sections: monographic study, general design and translation of an academic paper.The special subject resea
