    1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为小鱼沟煤矿1.2 Mt/a新井设计。一般部分共包括10章:1.矿区概述及井田地质特征;2.井田境界和储量;3.矿井工作制度及设计生产能力、服务年限;4.井田开拓;5.准备方式-带区巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下运输;8.矿井提升;9.矿井通风与安全技术;10.矿井基本技术经济指标。小鱼沟井田位于准格尔煤田东北隅,井田东西长约3.8km,南北宽约3.0 km,面积约11.4km2。井田内主采煤层为6#煤。煤层倾角平均3,平均厚度12.0 m。井田地质条件较为简单。矿井工业储量为9233万t,可采储量为8761万t。矿井设计生产能

    2、力为1.2Mt/a。矿井服务年限56.16 a。矿井涌水量不大,正常涌水量为20 m3/h,最大涌水量为30 m3/h。矿井相对瓦斯涌出量为1.08m3/t,属低瓦斯矿井。矿井煤尘无爆炸危险性,但煤层易自燃,自然发火等级为I级。矿井采用斜井单水平开拓。一矿一面,采煤方法为综合机械化放顶煤开采。全矿采用胶带运输机运煤,辅助运输采用无轨胶轮车。矿井通风方式为中央并列式。矿井年工作日为330 d,日净提升时间16h,工作制度为“三八制”。专题部分题目是煤矿开采冒落区注浆充填量预计研究。从冒落区注浆充填这种新的充填开采思路出发,通过研究冒落区顶板活动规律和冒落岩块碎胀系数变化规律,提出冒落区注浆量预计

The total area is Approximately

    6、11.4 km2. The main coal seam in the mine is only one, which is the 6# coal seam. The average angle is 3 degree, while the thickness is about 12.0 m. The minefield geological condition is simple.The proved reserves of the minefield are 92.33 million tons. The recoverable reserves are 87.61 million to

    7、ns. The designed productive capacity is 1.2 million tons per year. The service life is 56.16 years. The normal flow of the mine is 20 m3 per hour and the max flow of the mine is 30 m3 per hour. The Relative gas discharge quantity is 1.08 m3 per ton. Thus it is Low gaseous mine. The coal dust of the

    8、mine has non-explosion hazard. But the coal seam is easily spontaneous combustion. The level of spontaneous combustion is I.The development of the mine is single level with slope development. The number of the working faces is only one. Comprehensive mechanization puts in the top coal technology is

    9、the mining method. Several belt conveyers undertake the job of coal transport in the mine, while the auxiliary transportation system depends on the trackless rubber-tyred car. The ventilation type is centralized juxtapose.The working days in a year are 330. Everyday it takes 16 hours in lifting the

The working system in the mine is “three-eight”.The title of the special subject part is “The theoretical research on the prediction of grout amount in backfill of collapse zone in coal mining”. A prediction method of grout amount in collapse zone is put forward by studying the regularity of t

    11、he virgin roof movement and rock crack-expansion in the collapse zone, which provides a basis for the backfill project in collapse zone.The translated academic paper is about the rock bolts.     15、北、东界到煤层露头线。面积约16Km2。其地理座标为: 北纬 3 95722395905东经 11120471112232 本区行政区划隶属准格尔旗东孔兑乡和窑沟乡管辖。小鱼沟井田与周边矿区位置关系见示意(图1-1)。图1-1 核实区与周边矿区关系位置示意(二)交通1.铁路 大(同)准(格尔)铁路:此线是准格尔能源有限责任公司所建的运煤专用线,东起大(同)秦(皇岛)线大同站,西至薛家湾镇,全长约264 Km,为工企级电气化铁路,现运输能力为1500万吨/年。该线通过改造至2020年运输能力将提高至6000万吨/年。 准(格尔)东(胜)铁路:该铁路是目前正在修建的地方铁路,东起大准线薛家湾站,向西延伸至包(头)神(木)铁路的巴图塔站。全长145 Km,为工企级铁路,运输能力可达800万吨/年。另外,神华集团准能公司拟建准(格尔)河(曲)铁路。该线北起大准线黑岱沟站,南到阴(塔)火(山)线的火山站,经阴火线可与神(木)朔(州)铁路相接。内蒙古自治区拟建呼(和浩特)托(克托)铁路已进行前期准备工作,该线经托克托电厂专用线与大准铁路相接。2公路
