1、摘要小康四矿拥有两层可采煤层,煤层分别是1#,2#煤层。煤层东西走向约为5690m,南北倾向约为3895m,井田面积约为19.3km2。平均倾角为8。工业储量为2.70亿吨,设计储量为2.62亿吨,可采储量为1.85亿吨。本设计从矿井的开拓、开采、运输、通风、提升及工作面的采煤方法等各个环节进行了详细的叙述,设计严格遵守煤炭工业矿井设计规范和煤矿安全规程,整个矿井采用了先进的皮带运输,提高了运输能力,为矿井的增产打下了良好的运输基础。采煤方法采用倾斜长壁综合机械化采煤方法。工作面支护方式为液压支架支护方式,端头支护采用端头支架。本设计采用立井单水平开拓,主井采用箕斗提升,副井采用罐笼提升,大巷
2、采用集中布置。本次设计是小康四矿新井设计,在指导教师的指导下,查找有关资料和文献,力求设计出一个高产、高效、安全的现代化矿井。关键词:煤矿开采;开拓布置;运输;开采方式;通风AbstractXiao kang four coal mine can have a tow-layer thick coal seam, and are 1#,2#. Main shaft uses shaft skip, auxiliary shaft uses shaft rope skip, the layout of the horizon haulage roadway is concentration. The design is a new coal mine design of Xiao kang four coal mine.
