1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般不分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为为张双楼矿1.2Mt/a新井设计。井田走向(东西)长平均约7.191km,倾向(南北)长平均约3.910km,井田水平面积为26.20km2。主采煤层一层,即9号煤层,平均倾角22.3,厚约3.0m。井田工业储量为109.43Mt,可采储量83.22Mt,矿井服务年限为53.4a。矿井正常涌水量为320m3/h,最大涌水量为340 m3/h;矿井绝对瓦斯涌出量为1.84 m3/min,属低瓦斯矿井;煤层有自燃发火倾向,发火期36个月,煤尘具有爆炸危险性。开拓方案为立井两水平开采,暗斜井延深至-900m水平。大巷采用胶带输送机运煤
2、,辅助运输采用1.5 t固定箱式矿车。设计首采区采用采区准备方式,采用一次采全高采煤法,全部跨落法处理采空区。矿井前期采用中央并列式通风,后期采用两翼对角式通风,属通风容易矿井。专题部分:专题题目为“深部矿井巷道支护技术”。翻译部分:翻译了一篇曲阳发表的论文,题目为“煤与瓦斯突出控制技术下的巷道快速掘进”。关键词:立井;上下山开采;大采高;中央并列式IABSTRACTThe general design is about a 1.2 Mt/a underground mine design of Zhangshuanglou coal mine. Its about 7.191km on th
3、e strike and 3.910 km on the dip,with the 26.20km2total horizontal area. The minable coal seam of this mine is only 9 with an average thickness of 3.0 m and an average dip of 22.3. The proved reserves of this coal mine are 109.43Mt and the minable reserves are 83.22 Mt, with a mine life of 53.4a.The
4、 geological condition of the mine is relatively simple. The normal mine inflow is 320m3/h and the maximum mine inflow is 340m3/h. It is bituminous coal 44 with low mine gas emission rate and coal spontaneous combustion tendency, and its a coal seam liable to explosion. The available project is verti
5、cal shaft development with two mining levels and the extension of inclined shaft go to -900m. Main roadway makes use of belt conveyor to transport coal resource, and mine car to be assistant transport.Designed first mining district makes use of the method of preparation in mining area, which uses fu
6、lly-mechanized coal mining technology, and fully caving method to deal with goaf.The way of mine ventilation is centralized juxtapose ventilation.
