1、 摘 要本设计包括三个部分：一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为新庄矿二号煤150万t新井设计，共分10章：1.矿区概述及井田地质特征；2.井田境界和储量；3.矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限；4.井田开拓；5.准备方式-采区巷道布置；6.采煤方法；7.井下运输；8.矿井提升；9.矿井通风与安全技术；10.矿井基本技术经济指标。新庄矿位于豫、皖两省交接的永城市东部，行政区划分苗桥、茴村两乡管辖，上级主管部门为河南省神火集团，井田东部及北部以人为边界与安徽皖北矿务局刘桥二矿分界，西以王庄断层（F21)与葛店煤矿扩大区毗邻，南至煤层露头线。矿井范围由11个边界拐点连线圈定，其边界拐点坐标见

2、表1.1。南北长约7.5Km东西宽约3Km，面积约22.5Km2。井田内主采煤层一层，即二2煤层，平均倾角8，煤层平均厚4.2 m。矿井最大涌水量为300m/h。矿井属于低瓦斯矿井，煤层无爆炸危险性，并且煤层无自然发火倾向。新庄矿井设计年生产能力为1.5Mt/a，服务年限为50a。矿井工作制度为“四六制”。矿井的采煤方法主要为倾斜长壁大采高一次采全厚综合机械化开采。矿井开拓方式为立井两水平开拓。矿井布置一个工作面生产，一个工作面备用，年生产能力为1.5Mt/a。工作面长度为250m。运输大巷采用胶带运输机运煤，大巷辅助运输采用矿车运输。矿井通风方式为混合式通风，初期采用中央并列式，后期采用混合

3、式通风。矿井年工作日为330 d，每天净提升时间16 h。矿井工作制度为：实行“四六”制。专题部分题目是锚杆支护巷道顶板离层临界值的分析。翻译部分是一篇关于在掘进工程中煤与瓦斯突出防治技术的研究与应用，英文原文题目为：Outburst control technology for rapid excavation in severe outburst coal关键词：新井设计； 立井； 综采； 中央并列式；ABSTRACTThis design can be divided into three sections: general design, monographic study and t

6、raffic is very convenient. Field for 12 east-west direction length, length of north-south tilt 15 km 4 9 km, 75.55 km2 compartmentalized level area. The minable coal seam of this mine is only 13-1 with an average thickness of 2.1 m and an average dip of 8, field 216.2 Mt for industrial reserves, rec

7、overable reserves 206.1 Mt, the mine for a service life 66.06. Coal seam hardness coefficient f = 2.3, coal brand for anthracite, coking coal. The mine is high gas, gas emission to the absolute 13.32 m3/min. This mine normal section for 480 m3 / h, maximum section for 620m3 / h.This mine adopts vert

8、ical shaft development with one mining level,the prophase development used central paratactic type ventilation, set up a compartmentalized later in the south wind Wells border.
