1、摘 要 本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为夹河矿1.8Mt/a新井初步设计,共分10章:1.矿区概述及井田地质特征;2.井田境界和储量;3.矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;4.井田开拓;5.准备方式采区巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下运输;8.矿井提升;9.矿井通风与安全技术;10.矿井基本技术经济指标。夹河煤矿位于徐州市西北九里区境内,距徐州市约11 km,地面标高+37.0+43.0 m。夹河井田东部F1号断层下盘以“徐煤局地(85)55号”文件、上盘以“苏煤基司(87)252号”文件为界与庞庄矿相邻;西部以西陇海铁路与徐州地方煤炭公司大刘矿和徐州矿务集团公
2、司义安矿为界;浅部自21煤层露头,深部至1煤层-1200 m等高线。井田走向长约4.1 km,倾向长约3.2 km,面积约13.3 km2。井田内铁路、公路均有,矿井生产的煤炭除经铁路、公路可运往全国各地外,还可经徐州港利用驳船运输,直达江浙各地,水陆交通甚为便利。铁路:西陇海铁路干线从井田西南通过,矿铁路专用线在夹河寨与西陇海干线接轨。公路:矿专用公路与徐州市三环路、徐沛公路干线和西部矿区公路连接成网。水路:井田东侧15 km左右有京杭大运河,常年可通航50 t船舶。本矿井正常涌水量120 m3/h,最大涌水量230 m3/h。瓦斯相对涌出量4.49 m3/t,绝对涌出量10.02 m3/m
3、in。整体上属于低瓦斯矿井。矿井采用立井两水平上下山开拓,采用中央并列式和边界式混合通风。一矿一面,采煤方法为长壁综采一次采全高开采。煤炭运输采用阻燃胶带运输机,辅助运输采用无轨胶轮车。矿井年工作日为330 d,每天净提升时间16 h。矿井工作制度为“三八”制。专题部分题目是浅析深井巷道支护技术。 翻译部分是一篇关于煤田开采塌陷危害的模糊综合评估的论文,英文原文题目为:The Damage Evaluation of Mining Subsidence of Coal Mining Area Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation: A Case Stu
