1、摘要晓明四矿拥有三层煤,煤层和煤厚分别是1(5)、2(4)、3(6)。煤层南北倾向约为3.8km,东西走向约为4.0km,井田面积约为15.62km2。倾角为12度。工业储量为 323.42Mt,可采储量为230.43Mt。本设计说明书从矿井的开拓、开采、运输、通风、提升及工作面的采煤方法等各个环节进行了详细的叙述,设计严格遵守设计规范和煤矿安全规程,整个矿井采用了先进的皮带运输(个别部分用矿车),提高了运输能力,为矿井的增产打下了良好的运输基础。采煤方法采用倾斜长壁综合机械化采煤方法。工作面支护方式为液压支架支护方式,端头支护采用端头支架。本设计采用立井多水平开拓,主井采用箕斗提升,副井采用
2、罐笼提升,大巷采用集中布置。通风方式为中央并列式。本次设计是晓明四矿新井设计,地质资料都是在实习矿上搜集的,在指导教师的指导下,并合理运用平时及课堂上积累的知识,查找有关资料和文献,力求设计出一个高产、高效、安全的现代化矿井。关键词:煤矿;开拓;运输;开采;通风AbstractXiaoming a 3-layer coal mine has thick coal seam, and were 1 (5)、 2 (4)、3(6).
