1、摘 要本设计是哈拉沟一矿4.0Mt/a新井设计,设计矿井为一井一面的高产高效矿井。哈拉沟一矿位于陕西省榆林市大柳塔镇,交通便利。井田走向长度约5.33km,倾向长读约3.44km,井田总面积为18.34km2。通过对地质资料的深入分析,采用平硐-立井单水平开拓方案。主平硐和副平硐位于井田边界,回风立井位于井田中央,采用中央并列式通风。井田内有三个煤层,且间距适中,煤层倾角平均1左右。根据煤层赋存条件和井田地质构造特点,采用分煤层大巷布置,每个煤层都布置三条大巷。采煤方法采用走向长壁采煤法。井田划分为四个盘区。矿井年工作日为330d,工作制度为“三八”制。全矿分为四个盘区。盘区采用双巷掘进。为了
2、尽可能地实现集约生产,采用一井一面的高效矿井模式。在设计中,采用了综采综掘等先进工艺和技术。这不仅提高了煤炭的开采和掘进效率,而且减小了建井工期和初期投资。运煤主要采用皮带运输,同时使用无轨胶轮车进行辅助运输,使整个运输系统更高效,更安全。关键词:盘区;走向长壁;双巷掘进;综合机械化IAbstractThe design is the new mine design of Halagou No.1 mine with capability of 4.0Mt/a , and it is a high production and high efficiency mine with one pro

4、geological data, the development of adit-shaft with single level is adopted. Main adit, auxiliary adit are located in the boundary of the minefield, and air shaft located in the central.The central parallel ventilation is used.There are three coal seams in the mine field, and the spacing among them
5、is moderate and the average dip of coal seam is about 1. According to the coal seams deposit conditions and mine field geological structure characteristics, the coal seam roadways are used and layout of each seam is three roadways. Coal mining methods are the strike longwall mining method. The worki
6、ng system “three-eight” is used in the mine. It produced 330d/a.The whole mine field is divided into four panel section. In the panel section,double lane tunnel along gob are used. In the design,in order to realize centralized production ,the pattern of high-output- and high-efficiency mine with one
