1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为伊泰集团李家梁煤矿400万t/a新井设计,共分10章:1.矿区概述及井田地质特征;2.井田境界和储量;3.矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;4.井田开拓;5.准备方式-盘区巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下运输;8.矿井提升;9.矿井通风与安全技术;10.矿井基本技术经济指标。伊泰集团李家梁煤矿位于内蒙古自治区东胜煤田勃牛川矿区西南部,主采煤层一层,即6号煤层,倾角13,平均厚度5.5m,煤层埋深浅,地质条件简单,煤层有自然发火倾向,发火期4060d,煤层具有强爆炸危险性。井田工业储量为43304.3万t,可采储量31591.
2、6万t,适宜布置大型矿井,矿井设计产量400万t/a,设计服务年限为60.8a。设计矿井采用斜硐单水平开拓,前期采用中央并列式通风,后期采用两翼对角式通风。一矿一面,采煤方法为厚煤层综采一次采全高全部垮落法。煤炭运输采用钢丝绳芯胶带,辅助运输采用无轨胶轮车。矿井年工作日为330 d,每天净提升时间16 h。矿井工作制度为:实行“三八”制作业,(两班生产,一班检修),每日两班出煤。专题部分题目为三软煤层综采工作面围岩加固技术。以平煤集团五矿已1723130综采面为背景,分析了三软煤层综采工作面的围岩破碎机理,并设计了“三软煤层”工作面顶板、煤壁的加固方案。翻译部分是一篇关于渗透性影响煤的变形对甲
