石台矿240万吨新井设计.doc

1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分：一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为淮北石台煤矿240万t/a新井设计。全篇共分为十个部分：矿井概况及井田地质特征、井田境界及储量、矿井工作制度、设计生产能力、井田开拓、矿井基本巷道、采煤方法、采区巷道布置、井下运输、矿井提升、矿井通风与安全和矿井主要经济技术指标。石台矿位于淮北杜集区，地形平坦，地质构造简单，井田走向长度为7.5Km，倾向长度为5Km，面积22 km2。井田开采上限为-17m，开采下限为-850，井田设计开采煤层为3号煤层，平均厚度为10m，煤层倾向倾角约为17，属于缓倾斜煤层。井田煤层赋存稳定，煤层有自然发火倾向，发火期为6个月左右，煤尘有爆炸

2、性，爆炸指数为34%42%矿井相对瓦斯涌出量为6.04m3/t，属低瓦斯矿井。石台矿年设计生产能力为240万t/a，服务年限为71.65年。采用立井开拓，暗斜井延深的开拓方式。工作制度为“四六”制。第一水平标高为280m，第二水平标高为-500m。矿井采用倾斜长壁综合机械化放顶采煤法。矿井布置一个综采工作面，面长170m。煤炭通过1.5吨厢式矿车运输。矿井通风方式为采区对角式。专题部分：专题题目为“煤矿设计说明书规范化系统的研制”。翻译部分：将国际煤碳学术会议发表论文的一部分翻译成中文。英文题目是“World coal liquefaction technology progress and

3、the policy of China ”。ABSTRACTThis design contains three parts: the general，the special subject and the translation.The general part is a new design of Shitai Mine in Huaibei coal & eletricity combine. The whole article is divided into ten parts: the outline of the mine, the mine field geology, the

4、boundary and reserves, the designed productive capacity, the service life and working area, the coal transportation, the mine lifting, the ventilation and safety, and the main economical and technological index of the mine.The Shitai Mine field lies in the northeast part of the Huaibei mineral Distr

5、ict in Anhui province. The boundary of the mine field runs 7.5km from north to south and 5.0km from west to east on average. The total plane area of the mine is about 22km2. There is only one exploring layer-number three. Its average thickness of the seam is 10m and its stable and flatly inclined. I

6、ts dip angle is 17 degree on average. The industry reserves of the mine field are 322.07 million tons and the useable reserves are 223.54million tons. The average inflow rate in Juji mine is 6.04 m3/h. It is a lower gassy mine. The coal dust do have explosion hazard as well as the self-combustion te

7、ndency. The productive capacity of Juji Mine is 2.4 million tons per year，and the service life is 71.65years. The work system is 4-shift with a 6-hour workday. Therere two working levels in the mine. The first development level is located at the -280m. The comprehensive mechanized longwall caving me

8、thod along the dip is used in Juji Mine.There is only one working face in the mine in first. It is comprehensive mechanized coal face. The length of the face is 170m, and the designed productive capacity of the face is 2.4 million tons per year. Coal is transported by belt conveyer and the diagonal
