1、摘 要本设计包括三部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为淄博矿务局许厂煤矿1.2 Mt/a新井设计,共分十章:矿井概述及井田地质特征,井田境界和储量,矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限,井田开拓,准备方式带区巷道布置,采煤方法,矿井运输与提升,矿井通风及矿井基本技术经济指标。许厂井田位于山东济北矿区东部,隶属于济宁市管辖,西南距济宁市10km,东北距兖州市26 km,。井田南北长约8.1 km,东西宽约3.7 km,面积约30.1km2。设计开采煤层为3下煤层,厚度平均为4.2 m。煤层倾角19。井田工业储量为145.53 Mt,矿井可采储量98.57 Mt。矿井服务年限为63.2
2、a,矿井正常涌水量为200 m3/h,最大涌水量为290 m3/h。矿井为低瓦斯矿井。许厂煤矿矿井工作制度为“四六”制,一个综采工作面保产。开拓方式为立井两水平直接延伸,水平标高分别为-240 m,-355 m,准备方式为带区巷道布置。矿井主井采用箕斗提煤,副井采用罐笼作为辅助提升。工作面采用长壁采煤法,面长160 m,采煤工艺为综采。矿井主运输为胶带运输,辅助运输采用无极绳牵引普轨卡轨车运输。矿井通风初期采用中央并列式,后期采用中央分列式。专题部分题目是软岩巷道技术研究。论文阐述了软岩巷道控制的基本理论,系统介绍了软岩巷道基于锚杆、梁、网、混凝土的基本支护技术,论述了一些行之有效的软岩巷道施
