1、设计总说明一般部分针对范各庄东矿进行了井型为2.4Mt/a的新井设计。范各庄东矿位于唐山市古冶区境内,面积约10.98km2。主采煤层为5#、17#煤层,5#煤层平均倾角13,平均厚度5.0m;7#煤层平均倾角13,平均厚度6.1m。井田工业储量为250.3Mt,可采储量188.5Mt,矿井服务年限为56.1a。矿井正常涌水量为39t/min,最大涌水量为3180t/min;矿井相对瓦斯涌出量为0.12m3/t,属5瓦斯矿井。根据井田地质条件,设计采用双立井两水平开拓方式,二水平采用暗斜井延伸,井田采用采区式布置方式,共划分为五个采区,运输大巷、轨道大巷都布置在岩层中。矿井通风方式采用中央边界
2、式通风。 针对南一采区进行了采区准备方式设计,进行了运煤、通风、运料、排矸、供电系统设计。针对3101工作面进行了采煤工艺设计。该工作面煤层平均厚度为5.00m,平均倾角13。工作面采用一次采全高综采采煤法。采用双滚筒采煤机割煤,往返一次割两刀。采用“四六制”工作制度,截深0.8m,每天六个循环,循环进尺4.8m,月推进度144m。大巷采用胶带输送机运煤,辅助运输采用矿车运输。专题部分题目深埋高应力回采巷道变形破坏规律及支护对策研究。The Brief Introduction Of The DesignThe design for the general part of Fangezhuan
