    1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般设计部分、专题设计部分和翻译部分。一般部分为孙疃矿1.8 Mt/a的新井设计。孙疃煤矿位于安徽省淮北市濉溪县境内,其南与任楼矿井接壤,北与杨柳井田毗邻,东北距宿州市约23km。井田内有多条公路可至淮北市、宿州市和蒙城县。井田外东侧、西北侧和南侧分别有京沪铁路、濉阜铁路和矿区铁路青(疃)芦(岭)支线经过。交通十分方便。全井田南北走向长9.57km,东西倾斜宽35km,面积约40.7km2。主采煤层一层,即10号煤层,平均倾角17,厚约2.73 m。井田工业储量为308.24 Mt,可采储量234.41 Mt,矿井服务年限为93.01 a。井田地质条件简单。表土层平均

    2、厚度50 m;矿井正常涌水量为383 m3/h,最大涌水量为520 m3/h;煤层硬度系数f=2.3;矿井绝对瓦斯涌出量为1.84 m3/min,属低瓦斯矿井;煤层有自燃发火倾向,发火期36个月,煤尘具有爆炸危险性。根据井田地质条件,提出四个技术上可行开拓方案。方案一:立井单水平上下山开采,水平在-550m, 煤层大巷;方案二:立井单水平上下山开采, 在-550水平,岩层大巷;方案三:立井两水平暗斜井开采 延伸至-900 m水平;方案四:立井两水平开采,立井井延伸至-900 m水平。通过技术经济比较,最终确定方案三为最优方案。将主采煤层划分为两个水平,一水平标高-550 m,二水平标高-900

    3、 m,因井田走向大断层将井田分为南北两部分,井田南部为一水平服务范围,井田北部为二水平服务范围。设计首采区采用采区准备方式,工作面长度250 m,采用一次采全高采煤法,全部跨落法处理采空区。矿井采用“三八”制作业,两班生产,一班检修。生产班每班4个循环,日进8个循环,循环进尺0.8 m,日产量5454.54 t。大巷采用带式输送机运煤,辅助运输采用1.5 t固定箱式矿车。主井装备一套12 t双箕斗和一套12 t单箕斗带平衡锤提煤,副井装备一对3 t矿车双层单车罐笼带平衡锤担负辅助运输任务。矿井采用两翼对角式通风。通风容易时期矿井总需风量4150 m3/min,矿井通风总阻力1588 Pa,风阻
