    1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为夹河煤矿2.4Mt/a新井设计。全篇共分为十个部分:1.矿井概况及井田地质特征;2.井田境界和储量;3. 矿井生产能力、服务年限及工作制度;4.井田开拓;5.准备方式采区巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下运输;8.矿井提升;9.矿井通风与安全;10.矿井基本技术经济指标。夹河煤矿位于江苏省徐州市境内,交通便利。井田东西长8.1km,南北长6.1km,面积约为48.91km2。井田内可采煤层为2#煤、7#煤和9#煤,其赋存稳定,2#煤平均厚度1.81m,7#煤平均厚度2.49m, 9#煤平均厚度1.47m。本设计只考虑7#煤和9#煤

    2、,平均倾角为14,为缓倾斜煤层。井田内工业储量为34679万t,可采储量为26257万t。矿井正常涌水量为115m3/h,相对瓦斯涌出量为小于10m3/td,瓦斯绝对涌出量小于40m3/td,属于低瓦斯矿井;各煤层均有爆炸危险性,且有自燃发火倾向,发火期为45个月。夹河煤矿设计生产能力为2.4Mt/a,服务年限为72.9a,工作制度为“三八”制,年工作日330d。矿井采用立井三水平加暗斜井开拓方式,采用倾斜长壁综合机械化采煤法。7#和9#煤联合布置,同时开采,工作面长度为200m。主运大巷采用胶带输送机运输,辅助运输采用电机车牵引3t底卸式矿车运输矸石和材料等。矿井通风方式为两翼对角式。专题部

    3、分:专题题目为“综采面调斜与旋转技术浅析”。翻译部分:是将一篇关于矿山环境保护的英文翻译成中文。英文题目是“煤矿的环境问题及其解决方案”。关键词:立井开拓;暗斜井延伸;采区布置;两翼对角式ABSTRACTThis design contains three parts: the general,the special subject and the translation.The general part is a new design of Jia He Mine 2.4 million t/a.The whole article is divided into ten parts: 1.A

    5、he lifting of the mine; 9. The ventilation and the safety operation of the mine; 10.The basic economic and technical norms.The Jia He Mine field is located in Xu Zhou city ofJiangsu province. The traffic of road and railway is very convenience to the mine. The boundary of the mine field runs 8.1 km

    6、from west to eastand 6.1 km from north to south. The total plane area of the mine is about 48.91 km2. In the well field may mine coal is the 2# coal and 7# coal and 9# coal.The average thickness of 2# coal and 7# coal and 9# coal is 1.81m,2.49m and 1.47m respectively . However,The design only take 7

    7、# coal and 9# coal into consideration. Its dip angle is 14 degree on average called Gently Inclined. The industry reserves of the mine field are 346.79 million tons and the useable reserves are 262.57 million tons. The average inflow rate in Pang zhuang mine is 115 m3/h. The relative gas discharge q

    8、uantity is lower than 10 m3/t and the absolute gas discharge quantity is lower than 40 m3/d. It is a lower gassy mine. The coal dustexplosion risk is strong. The coal have tendency to spontaneous combustion ,combustion period of 4 to 5 months.The productive capacity of Jia He Mine is 2.4 million ton

    9、s per year,and the service life is 72.9 years. The work system is 3-shift with a 8-hour workday. It produced 330d/a. The mine pit uses the vertical shaft two levels to add the inside slope development way. The mine pit uses moves toward the longwall synthesis mechanization to the coal mining coal la

    10、w.There istwo faces in 7# coal and 9# coal respectively with the same preparation roadway and the coal is exploited on the same time. The working surface length is 200m. The level service big lane uses the adhesive tape conveyer transportation, the xiliary haulage uses the wire laying type electric

    11、locomotive to tow the 3t fixed box-type mine car transportation gangue and the material and so on.The mine ventilation way is arrangements with the district.The title of special subject is “Analysis of Oblique and Rotation in fully mechanized face”.The translation part is to translate a article on “

    12、pretect mine environment” into the Chinese.
