1、摘要晓明五矿拥有二层煤,煤层和煤厚分别是3(3.2)、4-1(2)。煤层东西走向约为4.0km,南北倾向约为4.2km,井田面积约为14.48km2。倾角主要为11、14、18、21。工业储量为1.10亿t,设计储量为1.04亿t,可采储量为80.81Mt。本设计说明书从矿井的开拓、开采、运输、通风、提升及工作面的采煤方法等各个环节进行了详细的叙述,设计严格遵守设计规范和煤矿安全规程,整个矿井采用了先进的皮带运输,提高了运输能力,为矿井的增产打下了良好的运输基础。采煤方法采用倾向长壁综合机械化采煤方法。工作面支护方式为液压支架支护方式,端头支护采用端头支架。本设计采用立井单水平加暗斜井开拓,主
2、井采用箕斗提升,副井采用罐笼提升,大巷采用集中布置。通风方式为中央并列式。本次设计是晓明五矿新井设计,地质资料都是在实习矿上搜集的,在指导教师的指导下,并合理运用平时及课堂上积累的知识,查找有关资料和文献,力求设计出一个安全、高产、高效的现代化矿井。关键词:煤矿;开拓;运输;开采;通风AbstractGeomantic a two-layer coal mine has thick coal seam, and were 3(3.2), 4-1 (2.0).
