1、长治王庄煤矿3、15号煤层初步设计摘 要本次设计是开采长治王庄煤矿3、15号煤层,设计图纸共七张,设计说明书共十章。根据采矿工程的需要和特点,重点设计为第四、六、九章,其他章节仅做一般的选型计算。 王庄煤矿位于沁水煤田晋城矿区东部,行政区划隶属于长治管辖。井田面积16.702km2。本井田内有多层煤,本次次设计只考虑3、15号煤层,平均厚度分别为8.34、3.67m。煤层均有煤尘爆炸性,15号煤层自燃倾向为自燃。矿井属于低瓦斯矿井,瓦斯相对涌出量为1.7m3/t。本井田划分为带区,采用双斜井开拓方式,回采工艺采用后退式、综采放顶煤机械化采煤法,采用“四六制”作业制度。工作面的设备有双滚筒采煤机
2、、放顶煤液压支架、可弯曲刮板运输机、破碎机、转载机等。采空区采用全部垮落法处理顶板。本矿井设计年产量为2.4Mt/a,采用一套综采放顶煤设备来满足产量的要求。 矿井运输大巷采用胶带运输作为主运输,采用无轨胶轮车车作为辅助运输,矿井通风采用轴流式扇风机,抽出式通风方式。关键词:初步设计;开拓; 综采放顶煤;无轨胶轮车。 1The original design of Wangzhuang colliery, No. 3 and No. 15coal bedAbstract This paper mainly designs coal mining of Wangzhuang colliery,
3、No. 3 and No. 15coal bed. There are seven design drawings altogether, and ten chapters in the instruction book. In accordance with requirements and features of mining engineering, we focus on the fourth, sixth and ninth chapters. As for other parts like shaft station, underground transportation and
4、hoisting equipment, this paper only makes general selection calculations.The colliery, an administrative division of Chang zhi City, lies in the east area of Qin shui coalfield, 16.702m2. Several coal seams lay inside this well field, but this design only takes No. 3 and No. 15 into account, which h
5、as an average depth of 8.34and3.67 meters. Each coal seam has the property of coal dust explosion, and No. 15 has spontaneous combustibility. The mine is a low gassy mine, with a relative gas emission of 1.7m3/t. We divide this well field into belts, and adopt double slope mine method. The retreat t
6、ype and mechanization of fully mechanized caving method are used in the extraction process, with 4/6 system as the operation system. On the work faces are equipments of double roller coal winning machine, caving hydraulic support, bend scraper conveyor, crusher, and elevating conveyor, etc. The all-
7、fall-down method is applied in roof processing of the worked out section.The annual output of this mine is 2400,000 ton, which is fulfilled by application of a compound mining equipment. The main haulage takes belt conveyor as the major means of transportation, car hauler as the auxiliary means. As
