1、摘 要本设计是皖北2.4Mt/a矿区型炼焦煤选煤厂方案设计与优化,本厂年工作制度330天,每天生产时间为16小时,两班生产,一班检修。通过对煤质资料进行分析、校正、计算,确定A煤和B煤混合入洗,不分级入选。在此基础上,通过几个可能的选煤工艺流程,进行产品预测和技术、经济比较,选出最佳方案:无压三产品旋流器浮选联合工艺流程。煤泥厂内回收,实现洗水闭路循环,整个系统实现机械自动化控制。所在矿井的一层和二层两种毛煤,分别是A煤层和B煤层,A煤层为气煤,可选性为极难选;B煤层也为气煤,可选性为难选。所设计选煤厂主要产品有:精煤(灰分Ad=7.08%,水分Mt=7.14%)、中煤(灰分Ad=19.03%
2、,水分Mt=10.49%)、煤泥(灰分Ad=50.91%,水分Mt=22.00%)和矸石(灰分Ad=79.84%,水分Mt=15.00%)。选煤厂主要经济技术指标如下:1) 总投资:19492.85万元;2) 劳动定员:196人;3) 全员效率:70.0吨/人;4) 生产工人效率:75.6吨/人;5) 吨煤投资:81.22元/吨;6) 回收期:0.6年。此外,本设计还对选煤厂的建筑结构、供电和电气、机修车间、铁路运输、劳动定员、生产成本及建厂初步投资概算做了系统的设计。关键词: 煤厂设计 ;无压三产品重介质旋流器 ;浓缩浮选 ABSTRACTThe design is in Northern
