1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分针对贵州六盘水山脚树矿井进行了井型为1.2Mt/a的新井设计。山脚树矿井位于贵州省六盘水市盘县特区断江镇境内。主采煤层为12#煤层,平均倾角7.6,平均厚度4.50m。井田工业储量为113.95Mt,可采储量89.34Mt,矿井服务年限为53.2a。矿井正常涌水量为160m3/h,最大涌水量为600m3/h;山脚树矿为高瓦斯矿井,无突出危险性,瓦斯含量为8.139.93m3/t。矿井煤层没有自燃倾向性,但煤尘有爆炸危险性。根据井田地质条件,设计采用立井两水平暗斜井延伸开拓方式,井田采用带区和采区布置方式,共划分为五个带区,一个采区
2、,轨道大巷、胶带运输大巷和回风大巷皆为岩层大巷,其中两条布置在12号煤层底板岩层中,一条顶板岩层中。矿井通风方式采用中央并列式通风。针对北一带区采用了带区准备方式,共划分7个分带工作面,并进行了运煤、通风、运料、排矸、供电系统设计。针对12101工作面进行了采煤工艺设计。该工作面煤层平均厚度为4.5m,平均倾角7.6。采煤方法为综合机械化开采。矿井年工作日为330 d,日净提升时间16h,采用“四六制”工作制度,截深0.6m,每天六个循环,循环进尺3.6m,月推进度108m。大巷采用胶带输送机运煤,辅助运输采用架线式电机车牵引1.5t固定箱式矿车运输。专题部分题目为关于工作面炮采高产高效分析与
3、研究,本文采用类比研究、参考有关现场实测数据、结合统计方法、回归理论分析,对炮采工作面的支护系统、块煤率提高、工作面生产系统进行优化做了研究,提出了一些建议和想法。翻译部分是一篇关于电磁辐射在煤矿冲击地压预测中的应用的探讨性论文,英文题目为Calculation of Electromagnetic Radiation Criterion for Rockburst Hazard Forecast in Coal Mines。关键词:立井开拓; 带区布置; 中央并列式通风; 蓄电池电机车运输; ABSTRACTThis design includes three parts: the gene
