Based on the green mining theory, the total three in

    3、fluential factors to destruct environment by gangue hill are researched, and a set of technology with gangue backfilling and complicated coal pillar resource mining is put forward. Meanwhile, the corresponding cable truss combined technology for complex roadways is thoroughly analyzed. Under the new

    4、 support system, the displacement distribution characters of surrounding roadway both in horizontal and vertical direction are simulated by software FLAC3D.After finishing the supporting trial in roadway NO.162403 of Xinsan Mine, the field observation showed that the largest roof subsidence was 166m

    5、m and the convergence of two sides was 145mm.In conclusion, the cable truss combined system provides a technical security for the recycle of coal resources and safeguards the backfilling gangue for the next stage.Keywords: ecological environment; coal roadway; cable truss supportI. INTRODUCTIONIn re

    6、cently years, with the rapid development of the coal exploitation, the number of gangue hill accumulated by wasteful discharged gangue increases fast as well. According to statistics, there are about 4.5 billion ton gangue accumulated year by year, and the number of larger gangue hills amount to 160

    7、0, which not only lead to occupy 15 thousand hectare land but fasten the accumulation speed with 150200 million ton per year1-3. The existing and increasing of so many gangue hills not only destroy the surrounding ecological environment,but bring lots of potential dangerous factors for people. There

    8、fore, the solution to deal with both of the existed and the expected gangue is the concerned problem for mining and environment engineering. The theory of green mining is proposed by professor Qian 4-5, which mainly contains backfilling methods and the corresponding technology in fully-mechanized or

    9、 conventional mining, as is shown in Fig.1. Some scholars compare with different concrete designed schemes for a special backfilling roadway, and put the optimum scheme into Ha Lagou coal mine for practice 6. Although the green mining system is built, it is not clear for influential effect analyzing

THREE FACTORS TO DESTRUCT ECOLOGICAL ENVIRONMENT BY GANGUE(1) Health hazard 7. The harm mainly includes the following situations: the resulting dust grain by gangue weath

    11、ering, the polluting groundwater by rain eluviations, the landslide or debris flow hazards by accumulating exorbitant gangue, the surrounding gas polluting or induced explosion by spontaneous combustion gangue.(2) Destruction of surrounding ecologic environment. It mainly includes landscape destruct

    12、ion, air or groundwater damage, the serious pollution for surrounding trees and crop production.(3) The massive land occupied 8. With the increasing of the accumulated gangue hill, the scale of cultivated land of its area will be fewer. At the same time, accompanying with the intensifying destructio

    13、n for surrounding ecological environment, the number of actual land planted will be much fewer.III. KEY TECHNOLOGY TO DEAL WITH GANGUEThe increase for coal production results in the rapid development of gangue hills for its volume and vigorous, and the surrounding ecologic environment is getting wor

    14、se, so it is imperative to deal with coal gangue. Based on coal green mining system and the theory of sustainable development for backfilling and complex coal resources exploitation is put forward. The connotation for the technology is that adopting advanced cable truss supporting technology solves

    15、the safety problem for complex coal roadways which could be used to backfill the existed or expected gangue in the next stage. With the application the set of technology, it not only disposes of coal gangue hill and avoids the new one, but also could recycle the complex coal resources and realize th

    16、e sustainable development of energy.A.
