1、摘 要本综合楼的采暖用的是低温热水地板辐射采暖。低温热水地板辐射采暖是以不高于60的低温水作为热媒,使分布于地面层下的热水盘管首先均匀辐射加热整个地面,然后以整个地面向地面以上散热的形式,通过热量自下向上辐射的规律使热量由下至上进行传导,来达到取暖的目的。低温热水地板辐射采暖系统既能高效地使用各种低品位能,达到节能效果,又具有室内温度均匀、卫生条件高、舒适性好等特点,是一种减少建筑能耗提高热舒适性的理想供暖系统。随着分户热计量的需要,低温地板辐射采暖系统得到了很多开发商的青睐,在建筑中被越来越多地推广使用。本文对综合楼地板辐射采暖和地下车库人防工程的设计进行说明,详细介绍了设计方案的确定过程,
