1、新元矿瓦斯抽放分析 摘 要 本文系统总结评述了近年来煤矿瓦斯治理和抽放理论及其应用的诸多成果和最新进展,指出覆岩采动裂隙的分布形态及其中瓦斯运移规律是今后的研究重点,也是实现煤与瓦斯安全共采的理论基础。基于此,结合相似材料模拟实验和ANSYS数值模拟,分析煤层开采后上覆岩体裂隙产生发展的时空规律和分布形态以及充分卸压范围与特征,验证了采动覆岩中的穿层破断裂隙和层而离层裂隙贯通后,其空间分布形状是一个动态变化的采动裂隙椭抛带,简称椭抛带(PPZ),并进一步研究了其基本特征。应用煤岩瓦斯耦合理论、采动岩体力学以及传质学原理等推导了瓦斯在采动裂隙带中流动的数学模型,并由此初步得到其中瓦斯运移的基本规
2、律,得出椭抛带为卸压瓦斯流动及储集提供了通道和空间,是瓦斯的运移和聚集带,对于合理的布置瓦斯抽放系统提供了理论依据。通过阳泉新景矿的现场应用,分析了抽放来自本煤层、邻近煤岩层及采空区中瓦斯的抽放系统布置,得到将抽放巷道口(或钻孔终点)置于覆岩采动裂隙带,可提高瓦斯抽放率、瓦斯抽放浓度,获得良好的抽放效果。关键词:采动裂隙椭抛带;瓦斯运移规律;煤与瓦斯安全共采ABSTRACTThis paper summarizes and reviews the achievements and lasted advances of methane harness and drainage theory an

It is pointed out that the distribution configuration of mining fissured in overlying stratum and the methane delivery law in mining fissured are the research emphasis in the future, and are the theoretical base of fulfilling the safely simultaneous extraction coal and coalbed methan

Based on these viewpoints, we connect the model experiment with ANSYS numerical simulation to analyze the time-space law, distribution configuration of the fissure production development and the zone and feature of the sufficient relieve pressure in overlying stratum. At last we prove that after
5、bed-separated fissures and broken fissures of the mining overlying stratum are connected, which space distribution form is a dynamic Mining Fissure Elliptic Paraboloid Zone (EPZ), and further research the EPZs basic features.The mathematical model of methane flow in Mining Fissured Zone is deduced w
6、ith the coupled theory of coal and methane, mining rock mechanics and the principle of communication substance mechanics. Based on the mathematical model, we draw the basic laws of methane delivery in mining fissured zone. It is obtained that Elliptic Paraboloid Zone supplies the drainage and space
7、for relieved methane flow and collection, and is the methane delivery and collection zone, that will provide the theoretical basement for logical arranging the methane drainage system. Through the field applying in Xinjing Mine of Yangquan Mining Company, the methane drainage system arrangement whic
8、h drainage the methane comes from the mining coal seam, adjacent coal seam and mine goaf is analyzed. The results show that if the drainage roadway throat or suction hole terminal arranges in mining fissure zone, the suction efficiency and suction concentration of methane can be raising and attains
