1、海水介质中铝基非晶合金腐蚀行为的分子模拟研究摘 要海水对绝大多数金属、合金具有严重的腐蚀作用,Al基非晶合金因具有良好的耐海水腐蚀特性有望应用于海洋装备制造。本文主要使用Materials Studio中的分子动力学方法和量化方法模拟研究了Al基非晶合金的形成过程、Cl原子在Al20的正二十面体团簇相和部分晶体相(纯Al相、Al5.4Fe2相和Al2Cu3.4相)的吸附过程,并探究了Al基非晶合金形成过程的径向分布函数(RDF)和X射线衍射图谱(XRD)以及Cl原子吸附过程中吸附能大小和最优吸附模型。研究表明,经过动力学热浴和淬火处理得到的Al50Cu30Fe20合金的室温非晶结构仍存在晶体相
2、,并且这些晶体相会对Al基非晶合金的耐蚀性产生不同影响,发现纯Al相的存在提高了非晶合金的耐蚀性,Al2Cu3.4相的存在降低了非晶合金的耐蚀性。本文对Al基非晶合金的实际生产和在海洋作业方面的应用具有理论指导意义。关键字:Al基非晶合金;分子动力学;密度泛函理论;海水腐蚀Molecular simulation study on Corrosion Behavior of Al based amorphous alloys in seawaterAbstractSea water has serious corrosion to most metals and alloys. In this paper, the formation process of Al based amorphous alloys, the adsorption process of Cl atoms in Al20s twenty-hedral cluster phase and partial crystal phase (pure Al
4、phase, Al5.4Fe2 phase and Al2Cu3.4 phase) are studied by molecular dynamics and quantitative simulation in Materials Studio, and the diameter distribution function of the formation process of the Al amorphous alloy is also explored. (RDF) and X ray (XRD) diffraction patterns as well as the size of a
5、dsorption energy and the optimal adsorption model in Cl atomic adsorption process. The results show that the amorphous structure of Al50Cu30Fe20 alloy still has crystal phase at room temperature after hot bath and quenching, and these crystal phases have different effects on the corrosion resistance
6、 of Al base amorphous alloy. It is found that the existence of Al phase improves the corrosion resistance of amorphous alloy, and the existence of Al2Cu3.4 phase reduces the amorphous alloy.
