1、储罐气相区导静电涂层的防腐性能研究摘 要大型储油罐储存着理化性质极其危险的石油化工产品,若石油罐壁发生腐蚀泄露,将对国家经济造成极其严重的影响,还将引起安全问题。针对储罐气相区的腐蚀问题,目前国内外普遍采用涂层防腐。但是由于气相区腐蚀环境复杂,很难采取统一的涂层体系。本文主要通过检测储油罐气相区的腐蚀气体,发现各储油罐中CO2、O2、H2S含量各不相同。根据各气相区腐蚀环境的差异,设计一系列防腐蚀涂层体系。通过模拟各储罐气相区腐蚀环境,进行了对涂层的盐雾实验、力学性能实验和电化学阻抗测试。通过对比实验前后涂层表面形貌的变化,附着力和阻抗的变化,综合筛选出了对3个储罐气相区腐蚀耐蚀性较好的3种涂
