1、表面缺陷对石墨烯在复合材料中分布行为影响的分子模拟研究摘 要表面缺陷能够改变石墨烯在基体材料中的分布情况,进而影响复合材料的宏观性能。本论文运用分子动力学模拟方法,研究理想石墨烯、自身缺陷石墨烯和表面修饰石墨烯在聚乙烯基体中的分布行为,对比分析不同类型缺陷对石墨烯分布的影响规律。模拟结果表明:理想石墨烯能够在聚乙烯基体中发生聚集现象,且由于石墨烯未重叠区域逐渐减小,聚集速率逐步降低。石墨烯稳定分布后,基体分子能够在石墨烯表面形成界面层,且界面层内分子的运动能力受到抑制;空穴缺陷、线缺陷的引入能够限制模型内原子的运动能力,减弱石墨烯间的相互作用,进而降低石墨烯的聚集速率,但不会改变石墨烯的聚集趋

The influence of

The simulation results show that the ideal graphene can accumulate in the polyethylene matrix, because the graphene non-overlapping region gradually decreases, the aggregation rate decreases step by step. 5、aphene was stable, the matrix molecules can form interfacial layers on the surface of graphene, and the motility of molecules in the interface layer is inhibited. Vacancy graphite, line defects graphite can limit the kinetic capacity of atoms in the model, weaken the interaction between graphenes, t
6、hus reduce the rate of graphene aggregation, but will not change the aggregate tendency of graphene. The surface modification groups (methyl, hydroxyl and amino) can reduce the movement of atoms in the system, increasing the interaction between graphene and the matrix molecules, the mutual bite betw
