1、绪论摘 要本文采用挂片失重法,通过改变温度、浸泡状态等条件,研究了16Mn钢在模拟海洋环境中的腐蚀状况;通过腐蚀速率的测定及腐蚀形貌的观察,探讨温度、浸泡状态、海水流动状态等因素对16Mn钢腐蚀速率的影响。随着温度的升高,模拟海水中的氧含量及氧扩散速率均增大,16Mn钢的腐蚀速率逐渐增大。在同一温度下,动态实验条件下试样的腐蚀速率明显大于静态实验条件下的腐蚀速率,且在所研究的5个温度下均表现出这一规律,这表明,腐蚀介质在流动状态下能加快腐蚀速率。在温度相同的情况下,处于间浸状态的试样腐蚀速率明显高于全浸状态的试样,这是由于间浸条件下存在着水分流失与重新获得、氧气消耗与再次带入的循环过程,导致腐
2、蚀速率增大,这一变化规律在所研究的5个温度下是一致的,这表明设备的浸泡状态也是影响腐蚀快慢的重要因素。关键词:16Mn钢;海水腐蚀;浸泡状态;流动状态2ABSTRACTIn this paper, hanging weight-loss method has been employed to study the Corrosion Behavior of 16Mn steel in simulated marine environments by changing the temperature, water status and other factors; through the dete
3、rmination of corrosion rate and corrosion morphology observation to explore the temperature, water status, water flow status and other factors on the impact of corrosion rate to 16Mn steel.With the temperature increasing, the oxygen content of simulation seawater and oxygen diffusion rates are incre
4、ased, and the 16Mn steels corrosion rate is gradually increasing. At the same temperature, dynamic samples corrosion rate is higher than the static conditions, and study in the five temperatures are shown in this law, which shows that the corrosion medium in the state of flow can speed up the corros

In the same temperature, the corrosion rate of the alternate immersion was significantly higher than the state of the continuous immersion, which is alternate immersion as a result of the existence of water under the conditions of the loss and regain, oxygen consumption and the cycle once
