1、不同热处理制度对2024铝合金剥落腐蚀敏感性的影响规律研究摘 要本文测量了2024铝合金的时效硬化曲线,然后选取不同的处理态对2024铝合金试样进行了热处理。通过金相显微镜对2024铝合金试样的显微组织结构进行了观察。随后利用电化学工作站测量了各热处理制度下2024铝合金的极化曲线。利用饱和盐溶液模拟稳定的响度湿度,开展实验室剥蚀加速实验,并跟踪试样的宏观腐蚀形貌并绘制铝合金剥落腐蚀深度随时间变化的曲线。结果表明,该铝合金型材时效时间0h-12h之间为欠时效态、15h为峰值时效态、18h-49h之间为过时效态。随着人工时效时间的增加,铝合金的析出相也越来越多,且沉淀相尺寸逐渐增大。同时,时效处

4、nts on denudation acceleration were carried out using saturated salt solution to simulate stable humidity.And the macroscopic corrosion morphology of the sample was recorded and the curve of the peeling corrosion depth of aluminum alloy with time was drawn. The results show that the aging time betwe
5、en 0 and 12 hours is the under-aging state, 15 hours is the peak aging state, and 18-49 hours is the over-aging state. With the increase of artificial aging time, the precipitated phase of aluminum alloy is increasing and the size of precipitated phase is increasing. At the same time, aging treatmen
