1、新产品开发模式的探讨与研究-利用创造技法开发新产品摘要 如今，世界科技正在迅猛发展，全球经济间的合作促使了各国生产模式的变革 ，想要在经济浪潮的冲击下得到发展，取得更大的经济效益，就势必要进行产品开发模式的研究与探讨。本文对全球创造技法的发展状况进行了介绍，并对三段式设计法、德国VDI2222 新产品设计模式、美国 R.C.Johnson 教授提出的设计模式的介绍，分析、比较几种产品开发设计模式的优缺点。重点介绍了几种创造技法，如智力激励法、形态分析法、功能分析法、反求工程、模块化设计等设计方法，并举了一些实例，阐述如何应用。关键词:开发模式，设计方法学，创新方法，形态分析法，模块化设计The
