1、球铁基体表面熔渗高熵合金工艺及性能研究 摘要:高熵合金的提出是基于20世纪90年代大块非晶合金的开发,人们都致力于寻找具有超高玻璃化形成能力的合金。有人认为非晶或玻璃的原子混乱度高或熵高,而高熵必然导致高的玻璃化形成能力,所以有人提出一个混乱理论。但是,后来有学者发现高熵和高的玻璃化形成能力并不一致,倒是发现有些高混合熵合金可以形成单相固溶体。对此,叶均蔚等认为这种固溶体是高混合熵稳定的固溶体,因此命名为高熵合金。 涂层是涂料一次施涂所得到的固态连续膜,是为了防护,绝缘,装饰等目的,涂布于金属,织物,塑料等基体上的塑料薄层。近年来,金属表面的涂层引起了人们极大的注意。金属表面涂层可提高零件的耐
2、腐蚀、摩擦、磨损和疲劳。利用高熵合金优良的机械性能,将其涂覆于普通金属基体表面获得高熵合金涂层,是高熵合金应用的一个重要方向。 为此,本论文通过完成高熵合金在球铁基体表面熔渗工艺实验;熔渗高熵合金的热处理;热处理后熔渗高熵合金显微组织观察;硬度测试力学性能等一系列 实验来研究高熵合金熔渗在不同金属基体材料上获得的熔渗层的组织和性能。关键词:高熵合金,涂层,表面熔渗 Ductile iron substrate surface aluminized high entropy alloys technology and performance study Abstract: This paper
