1、温度和基体性能对复合材料残余应力的影响摘要:温度和基体的性能对复合材料的残余应力有影响,本文利用ANSYS10.0软件对SiC/Ti-6Al-4V复合材料的残余应力进行数值模拟,建立了纤维体积分数为35%的二维四方排布有限元模型,采用控制单一变量法,分别研究了基体弹性模量和施加温度对复合材料残余应力的影响。结果表明:(1)基体弹性模量增大复合材料的径向和周向残余应力也增大。(2)在700下随着温度升高复合材料的径向和周向残余应力随着减小。研究结果为SiC纤维增强钛基复合材料的基体选择和工作温度提供了一定的依据。在选择基体合金的时候,基体的弹性模量应尽量小一点,这样就能在一定程度上降低残余应力的
