1、 纤维体积分数及纤维排布方式对复合材料残余应力的影响 摘要:随着时代的进步,科技越来越发达,工程应用上对材料的的要求也越来越高,金属基复合材料以其优良的力学性能得到了快速发展。由于金属基复合材料的残余应力对复合材料的性能有很大影响,因此全面了解复合材料残余应力的各种影响因素、残余应力状态及分布规律,对复合材料的研究具有重要的指导意义。应用ANSYS软件采用二维有限元法模拟SiC/Ti-6Al-4V 复合材料界面的残余应力分布,分析纤维体积分数及纤维排列方式对纤维对复合材料残余应力的影响。结果表明:随纤维体积分数升高,复合材料的残余应力逐渐呈现出各向异性;六方纤维排布模式是较四方纤维排布模式与四
