1、热水器定位板冲压工艺分析与模具设计摘 要:本文主要关于热水器定位板的冲压模具设计。通过对制件进行工艺的分析和比较,选择出合理的方案进行设计。通过AUTOCAD等软件的综合运用,设计模具的成型零件、导向系统、定位系统、卸料系统,并选择了标准模架。通过对制件的分析,确定采用倒装复合模。设计模具成型部分时,运用极限法和配合法计算出冲裁刃口尺寸。查资料,选好了搭边值,并算出料宽,确定坯料的尺寸。计算出冲裁力,确定压力中心,选好压力机。然后通过对冲裁力的分析计算,确定凸凹模、凹模,冲头各部分的尺寸,最后确定其他部分尺寸,设计出整套模具。在成型部分的固定中,采用了厌氧胶,简化了成型零件的形状。该制件结构比
2、较简单,但在设计时要考虑好多细节,综合运用各种方法,合理的设计模具。在完成各个部分的设计后,通过装配图,把每个部分的设计用图纸综合的展现出来,同时运用3D设计,使模具系统更加形象化,并且检查模具是否有干涉等问题。最后把所有的设计总结出来,完成了这篇文章。关键词:倒装复合模;极限法;配合法Water heater positioning plate stamping process analysis and die design Abstract:This article mainly about the water heater positioning plate stamping mould
