1、链式输送机专用传动装置的设计摘要:众所周知,链式输送机的本质是二级减速器,是利用链条牵引、承载,或由链条上安装的板条、金属网带、辊道等承载物料的输送机。链式输送机的主要功能元件是输送链,输送链既有传递动力的功能,又有承载能力。由于输送链链条的结构可以千变万化,所以链式输送机能适用于众多的工作环境和众多的使用要求。其主要特点为:输送物品的多样性;苛刻输送环境的适应性;输送物品流向的任意性;工作时具有运载准确和稳定性;寿命长,效率高。现在更是广泛应用于食品、罐头、药品、饮料、化妆品和洗涤用品、纸制品、调味品、乳业及烟草等的自动输送、分配、和后道包装的连线输送。所以,为了进一步了解加强我们对于链式传
2、动的理解与应用,链式输送机这种通用机械作为毕业设计的选题。我将从实际出发利用大学所学知识,设计并且计算其电动机、齿轮传动、链传动、滚动轴承、联轴器、键、轴等的相关零件和参数;绘制零件图及装配图等。关键词:电动机,齿轮传动,链传动,滚动轴承,联轴器,键,轴The design of special transmission chain conveyorAbstract: As we all know, in fact, chain conveyors, which are two stage reducers, use chain to tow, carry. The feature of chain conveyor is that it can transmit various goods, adapt to harsh environment of carrying, transmit goods randomly, be stable and accurate during the work time, be longevous and effective. Nowadays, chain conveyors are widely used for automatic
5、transmitting of food, tins, medicine, beverage, makeup, papers, cleaning products, dairy products and so on. Thus, in order to have a deeply understanding of applying and function of chain conveyors, choosing design this item to practice the ability of mechanic field is a wise choice. I will use the
6、 knowledge which I have learned from my university to design and calculate its motor, gear drive, chain drive, antifriction bearing, coupler, key axle.
