1、机电一体化实验室实验台的设计与开发摘 要本文为了解决太原工业学院机械工程系机电一体化实验室缺乏机械模块,控制模块不足等功能不完善的问题,在现有实验模块的基础上,针对实验台提出进一步改进、设计与开发。从而更好地满足机电一体化实验教学的需求。先根据机械设计理论设计基本传动机构;再采用机电一体化系统设计理论,选用单片机,PLC以及继电器等控制模块,控制直流电机、三相异步电机和步进电机等模块,从而驱动传动机构实现机电一体化控制运动。通过设计开发具有功能可重组、模块化的机电一体化实验台,学生可以灵活重组不同功能模块, 通过多种不同的实验完成对四杆机构的综合控制。而且,实验台还保留了原功能模块的实验功能。
