1、灰铸铁基体表面熔渗高熵合金组织及性能研究摘要:高熵合金是20世纪90年代提出的,人们致力于寻找具有超高玻璃化形成能力的合金。有人认为非晶或玻璃的原子混乱度高或熵高,而高熵必然导致高的玻璃化形成能力,所以提出混乱理论。但是,后来有学者发现高熵和高的玻璃化形成能力并不一致,倒是发现有些高混合熵合金可以形成单相固溶体。对此,叶均蔚等学者认为这种固溶体是高混合熵稳定的固溶体,因此命名为高熵合金。作为一种新型的合金材料,高熵合金表现出许多优良的特性,其中极高的硬度、 强度、良好的热稳定性和耐腐蚀性以及良好的塑韧性等是其显著特点。多主元高熵合金表现出与传统合金不同的特性,而且通过不同的元素搭配可获得种类繁
2、多的新型合金,因此具有丰富的应用潜能和广阔的应用前景。金属表面涂层技术可用于提高零件的耐腐蚀、摩擦、磨损和疲劳等,将具有优良机械性能的高熵合金用于金属表面涂层,是金属表面处理的一个新的研究方向。为此,本文通过对比实验,研究高熵合金熔渗在不同金属基体材料上获得的熔渗层的组织和性能,进行了以下实验:高熵合金在灰铸铁基体表面熔渗工艺实验,熔渗高熵合金的显微组织观察,硬度、耐磨性等力学性能实验。关键词:高熵合金,涂层技术,表面溶渗Gray cast iron substrate surface aluminized high entropy alloy organization and perform
