1、机用虎钳逆向设计及运动仿真摘要:逆向工程作为近年来迅速发展的快速设计制造技术的重要分支,可大大缩短产品制造周期,因而在制造领域得到了广泛的应用。本文通过研究机用虎钳的逆向设计过程,来了解逆向工程的概念、方法以及逆向设计的整个工作流程。具体过程是通过采用三坐标测量机对机用虎钳进行测量扫描,建立机用虎钳的三维模型;然后根据机用虎钳的原始模型来进行改良,对产生问题的模型进行直接的修改和分析;然后再根据修正后的模型通过PRO/E软件绘制出最终的三维模型,并采用PRO/E对模型进行运动仿真,最后绘制机用虎钳的装配图和零件图,此方法有效地解决了机用虎钳难以精确测量的问题。与传统的正向设计方法相比,该方法提
