1、合金元素Mo对高熵合金涂层与基体界面结合强度影响规律摘要:高熵合金是最近几年发展起来的一种新型合金体系,打破了传统合金以一种元素为主,而是由多种组元组成且各种组元的原子浓度几乎相等,并且可以通过热处理或改变合金成分,获得高强度、高硬度、耐腐蚀和耐髙温氧化等优异的性能组合。鉴于其具有广阔的应用前景,研究其相形成及转变特点、显微组织和力学性能等具有重要价值。本文主要研究了合金元素Mo对AlCoCrFeNiTiSiMo高熵合金涂层与基体界面结合强度的影响规律。采用高频感应加热技术制备高熵合金涂层,再对涂层铸态与退火态的硬度和耐磨性进行研究。研究发现高熵合金涂层具有较高的稳定性,经退火后,其硬度和耐磨
