1、电弧喷涂制备涂层刀具工艺研究 摘要:本文用电弧喷涂技术在45号钢基体上制备涂层。采用实心丝材1Cr13作为燃烧丝,配合ALO陶瓷粉进行喷涂,制备金属基陶瓷复合涂层。采用正交试验方案,利用SEM对涂层的显微组织结构、性能进行了分析。复合涂层为典型的层状结构。影响涂层结合强度的工艺参数由主到次依次为喷涂电流、雾化空气压力、喷涂距离和喷涂电压;影响涂层显微硬度的工艺参数由主到次是喷涂电流、喷涂距离、喷涂电压、雾化空气压力。复合涂层的磨损机制主要为硬质颗粒的脆性脱落,同时伴随着磨粒磨损。在金属相涂层中添加硬质相能显著提高涂层显微硬度。关键词:电弧喷涂,涂层 ,组织,性能,工艺参数The arc spr
