1、Ti-Al金属间化合物的力学性能研究摘要:金属间化合物(irltermetalliccompound)习惯上又称为中间相(inteloediatePhase),是合金中除固溶体之外的第2类重要合金相。按其本来的意义,是指合金相图上在中间成分区域内形成的均质相,其晶体结构一般和组元金属不同,物理、化学和力学性质则与组元金属更是相去甚远。根据结合键的类型,一般可分为离子化合物、共价化合物和金属化合物;也可根据其形成规律和结构、性能特征,分为正常价化合物、电子化合物、间隙化合物和拓扑密堆相(TCP相)。除一部分正常价化合物外,它们一般都具有金属性质。有时也将具有很大成分范围的中间相称为次级固溶体或n
2、类固溶体(seeondsolidsolution),而用金属间化合物一词专指均质范围比较狭窄、化学计量比较简单的中间相,也就是只把在较窄的成分范围内具有同一结构的中间相称之为金属间化合物。一般来说,形成金属间化合物的组元中至少有一种是金属元素。本人通过最近时间的学习,阅读了大量相关文献,并通过具体查询,选取了 NiAl、TiAl 和 基金属间化合物,介绍其脆性和增韧方法,分析其脆性的本质原因及其增韧机理,总结国内外其超塑性试验的试验依据、试验规律和试验方法,并对其宏观试验和微观形貌进行了对比分析,将宏观与微观相衔接。关键词: 金属间化合物,合金化,超塑性 NiA合金,TiAl合金,脆性Ti-A
