1、侧分型机构分析及灯罩注射模具设计 摘要:塑料注射模具主要是用于成型热塑性塑料制件,在热固性塑料的成型中也得到了广泛应用。与其他模具相比,注射模具成型的塑料制件内在和外观质量均较好,生产效率特别高。本文以侧分型机构和灯罩注射模具为研究对象,详细的分析了侧分型机构的几种类型,并且阐述了灯罩注射模具的设计过程。侧分型机构有手动、液压、机动等三大类型,机动侧分型机构根据传动零件的不同,可分为斜导柱、斜滑块、弯销、斜导槽和齿轮齿条等许多不同类型的侧分型机构。灯罩注射模具设计的过程包括塑件工艺性分析、模具结构的设计、注射机的选用、浇注系统设计、排气系统设计、冷却系统设计和注射机有关参数的校核。塑料制件有部
