1、U型输送链附板冲压工艺与模具设计摘要:分析了 U 型输送链附板的结构特点,在此基础上对其冲压加工工艺进行优化设计介绍了改进后级进模的结构特点及冲压加工工艺,通过改进提高了产品质量稳定性,提高了生产效率,降低了加工成本. 根据设计零件的尺寸、材料、批量生产等要求,首先分析零件的工艺性,确定冲裁工艺方案及模具结构方案,即该工件需要落料-冲孔单工序模和弯曲模来完成。然后通过工艺设计计算,确定排样方式。计算冲裁力和压力中心,初选压力机,计算凸、凹模刃口尺寸和公差,最后设计、选用零部件,其中在结构设计中,主要对凸模、凹模、凸凹模、定位零件、卸料与出件装置、模架、冲压设备、紧固件等进行了设计或选取,对模具
