1、45钢热处理水冷过程分析摘要:45钢是中碳优质结构钢,Wc=0.45%,冷热加工性能都不错,机械性能较好,且价格低廉、较容易得到,因此应用广泛于机械制造。常应用于小截面、中载荷的调质件,如主轴、曲轴、齿轮、连杆、链轮等,其最大不足时淬透性低,截面尺寸大和要求比较高的工件不适宜采用。对于性能要求较高的零件,必须进行调质处理。对45钢进行调质处理后,得到均匀的回火索氏体,从而使其具有良好的综合力学性能。研究本课题主要是通过实验和ANSYS软件模拟。其中包括对45钢的热处理水淬以及热处理前后45钢的力学性能和金相组织的对比;同时还与合金钢40Cr热处理水淬的力学性能比较;由于工件在淬火过程中内外温差
