1、20钢基体表面熔渗高熵合金工艺及性能研究摘要:高熵合金作为新近发展起来的合金体系,打破了传统合金以一种元素为基的格局,具有独特的组织结构和性能特点。高熵合金由五种及以上金属元素组成,每种元素都具有较高的原子百分比,在50%-35%之间。这种合金的突出特点是具有高熵效应,高熵效应的影响使高熵合金具有许多有别于传统合金的组织和性能特点,往往表现出显微结构简单化、纳米析出物及非晶结构、纳米晶粒等组织特征和高强度、高硬度、耐磨、耐腐蚀等性能特点。表面涂层技术是改善模具使用性能的重要手段。目前已开发了多种涂层材料以适应模具不同的使用条件,成形技术也取得了长足的发展。对模具表面涂覆高熵合金获得涂层的技术有
2、很高的研究和使用价值,可以充分利用高熵合金的高硬度、高耐磨性等力学性能优势,提高模具的使用寿命,降低制造成本,是今后模具表面涂层技术的发展目标。本论文选取Al、Cr、Co、Fe、Ni、Mo、Ti、Si八种常用的金属元素,将该系列高熵合金涂覆到各基体表面,通过电加热炉加热、感应加热使高熵合金与基体更好的结合,获得在20钢基体表面熔渗高熵合金的合适工艺参数,通过电子显微镜的观察获得显微组织照片,通过性能测试获得力学性能的实验数据。关键词:高熵合金,涂层,硬度20 steel substrate surface aluminized high entropy alloys technology an
