1、摘要掘进机是巷道掘进和隧道施工的重要设备,它具有截割、装载、转运、独立行走、喷雾降尘等功能。但随着现代化建设的不断加快,矿山机械的迅猛发展以及对能源和建设等要求的不断增大,掘进机的性能还不能够完全满足要求,所以迫切要求设计出能够满足工况要求的新型掘进机。 掘进机的转运机构是掘进机十分重要的工作机构,转运机构运输能力的大小直接影响掘进机的掘进速度。本设计主要针对纵轴式掘进机转运机构方案设计及其技术设计。通过应用掘进机设计的一系列知识,对掘进机转运机构加以分析设计,运输系统采用刮板输送机,液压马达驱动,取消转运减速器,运输部根据需要选用的圆环链为边双链,使转运机构结构更加紧凑,运转更加协调,减少了
