1、摘要 皮带输送机作为一种连续输送物料的搬运机械,主要用来输送块状、粒状和散状的物料,被广泛应用于现代工业生产。但是在连续运行中,往往会出现过热、跑偏、撕裂、堆煤、火灾、打滑等故障,给工业生产带来不便和损失,甚至会造成人员伤亡。针对煤矿皮带运输系统运行距离长、站点多、运行参数多等特点,可以使多条皮带实现互联互通与资源共享,协调综合应用,最大程度的避免人力及物力资源的浪费,达到减人提效的目的。本设计是以泗河煤矿为背景,结合工程实际,为泗河煤矿西巷井下全部四条皮带而设计煤矿皮带运输集控系统。该系统未设计之前各条皮带功能相对独立,很难做到协调工作,容易造成安全事故。该系统以PLC为核心,代替了传统的继
2、电器控制系统,通过传感器监控皮带的各种信息,把传感器信号传入PLC,经过一系列的处理、判断,控制皮带的启停,使得皮带能够一直运行在合理状态。从而实现了井下皮带的集中控制、单独控制、传感器实时数据传输与及时报警,进一步提高了井下生产的可靠性和安全性。关键字: 皮带运输机;PLC;集控系统;传感器IAbstractThe belt conveyer is a kind of conveying machine for continuous conveying material, which is mainly used for conveying massive, granular and bul
