1、摘要 带式输送机是输送能力最大的连续输送机械之一。由于下运带式输送机在技术上和经济上对生产相对有优势,因此备受关注,已成为地面选煤厂和煤矿井下煤炭运送的主要设备,但长距离、大运量的下运带式输送机的设计及应用仍需要进一步的完善。本文分析了常用带式输送机的现状和技术难点,特别是大型带式输送机的核心技术(包括带式输送机可控软起动技术与制动技术、动态分析与监测技术)、设备性能及其可靠性、寿命等。电气控制系统是带式输送机的控制核心,其工作的可靠性将直接影响带式输送机各台电动机的起动、停止以及正常运行。本课题在分析研究了下运带式输送机的运行特点基础上,针对下运带式输送机的总体设计,通过PLC与变频器的组合
