1、摘要采煤机是综采工作面中的核心机械,担负着割煤、装煤任务,采煤机的工作状态的好坏对煤炭的开采有很大影响。我国能源主要是煤炭,煤炭对于炼钢炼铁和取暖都有着重要的作用,煤炭的开采量可以衡量一个国家的工业水平,因此对于采煤机的研究很重要采煤机井下工作时候的主要节点的应力应变决定采煤机能否正常工作。由于采煤机工作的环境和工作地点的特殊性和复杂性,使采煤机的参数测量与其他大型机械有很大差别现在有很多针对采煤机的各种设计,采煤机各个工作节点的工作参数和受力对于采煤工作的正常有序的进行起着至关重要的作用,因此对于采煤机关键节点工作参数和应力的测试很有意义,本次设计是采煤机实验测试数据采集系统的设计,是针对西
2、安煤机厂制造的MG500/1130型采煤机工作时候主要工作节点的应力测试系统的设计,通过在各个重要工作节点安置不同种类的传感器来实现采煤机重要节点工作参数的信息测量,考虑到传感器以及相关测试仪器的强度问题所有信号采用应变输出,将传感器接入无线应变采集模块进行数据的采集,再通过无线传输方式将信息传输至屏幕进行显示和分析。采煤机主要工作节点应力的准确测试能保证采煤机正常有序工作以及工作人员的安全,提高生产效率。关键词: 传感器; 无线应变采集模块; 无线传输; 无线通讯网关; 电桥Abstract Coal mining machine is in fully mechanized coal fa
