1、摘要为了发展工业和提供充足的能源,必须大量开采煤炭,而露天开采发展迅速。开发和建设大型露天矿山,关键是发展大型露天矿成套设备,只有研制和使用先进的技术装备,才能充分发挥出露天矿经济效益高的优势。我国矿山主要采用的是间断式开采,挖掘机是露天矿间断式开采的主要设备。电气系统作为机械式单斗挖掘机重要的配套设备,它的性能和功能对机械式单斗挖掘机影响很大。本次设计以某种型号的机械式单斗挖掘机为背景,设计了基于直流脉宽调制(PWM)调速系统的电气控制系统。PWM是一种对模拟信号电平进行数字编码的方法。通过高分辨率计数器的使用,方波的占空比被调制用来对一个具体模拟信号的电平进行编码。PWM信号仍然是数字的,
2、因为在给定的任何时刻,满幅值的直流供电要么完全有(ON),要么完全无(OFF)。电压或电流源是以一种通(ON)或断(OFF)的重复脉冲序列被加到模拟负载上去的。通的时候即是直流供电被加到负载上的时候,断的时候即是供电被断开的时候。只要带宽足够,任何模拟值都可以使用PWM进行编码。脉宽调制(PWM:(Pulse Width Modulation)是利用微处理器的数字输出来对模拟电路进行控制的一种非常有效的技术,广泛应用在从测量、通信到功率控制与变换的许多领域中。PWM脉宽调制系统实现了对机械式单斗挖掘机的直流行走电机的速度控制,从而实现了对电铲的前进、后退和速度控制。关键词:露天矿;机械式单斗挖
