1、摘要矿井提升设备是矿山的重要和关键设备之一。其任务是用于煤矿提升煤炭,矿石,矸石等。从井下产出的煤炭只有通过矿山运输提升环节才能将其运到地面,才能加以利用。所以有些人把矿山运输与提升形象的比作矿山生产的动脉和咽喉。本设计主要是根据寸草塔矿矿井现状及扩建要求对串车提升、箕斗提升、胶带提升三种提升方式进行提升能力分析和比较,确定提升方式为胶带提升。并对胶带输送机的设备进行选型设计。主要包括输送带的选择;托辊的选择;滚筒的选择;驱动装置选择以及胶带输送机的运动学和动力学计算。对胶带的强度和垂度进行了严格的校核。输送机的每一部分我都要进行严格的设计,以便使其达到所需的工作要求。做到合理的安装和布置设备
