1、摘要煤炭是当今重要的能源之一,在国民经济中占有举足轻重的地位。采煤机械的设计与新产品的发展,实现综合机械化开采是当今发展的必然趋势。采煤机作为综采的主要机械设备,其技术的先进性与可靠性将直接影响煤矿的生产效率。本文以大功率电牵引采煤机为研究对象,结合MG1000/2500-WD型采煤机的部分机械结构和技术参数,基于理论分析的研究方法,通过查阅相关书籍和参考文献,对比和分析目前广泛使用的采煤机机型特点,对采煤机的截割部和液压系统进行设计和计算。以双滚筒采煤机的关键机械结构截割部作为机械部分的主要研究对象,基于采煤机螺旋滚筒成形的设计理论,依据本研究对象的使用条件和工作环境,设计计算采煤机螺旋滚筒
2、的主要结构参数。根据研究对象动力系统横向布置的特征,分析现有设备的截割部传动形式,设计本采煤机的截割部传动系统。以采煤机截割部的设计为基础,依据已知的整机结构和运动参数,结合采煤机的工作环境和使用条件,对采煤机摇臂调高系统的工况进行详细分析,对采煤机整机、破碎机调高和挡矸支护等部分的工况进行简要分析。结合工况分析的结论,对比现有采煤机液压系统的特点和优势,设计和计算本采煤机液压系统的参数和形式,并对设计结果进行验算,得到合理的设计结果。关键词:采煤机;截割部;液压系统 AbstractCoal is one of todays major energy and occupies a pivot
