2、化。通过对奥氏体304不锈钢进行拉伸实验运用高斯计测量拉伸过程中的磁场变化,可以建立应力应变与其漏磁场的关系并得到一定规律,再通过X射线衍射实验分析物相变化,观察磁场强度变化与马氏体相转变的相关性,进而证明了可通过检测漏磁场的强度对奥氏体304不锈钢进行检测。通过实验研究得到奥氏体304不锈钢损伤和应力集中的相关评价指标,进而实现对其进行早期的无损评价。本课题为奥氏体304不锈钢提供了一种不同于常规无损检测的新的检测手段,对磁法检测技术的推广具有重要意义。关键词:奥氏体不锈钢 马氏体相变 磁法检测 无损评价The Experiments of 304 Austenitic Stainless
